We have a passion for colonial and early American period lighting! Our 18th century lighting reproductions are handcrafted from start to finish to create truly authentic primitive lighting. Our colonial indoor lighting features tin, brass or wooden reproductions that have been treated with an antique finish. Our colonial exterior lighting features brass or copper reproductions - some in several antique finishes to choose from - and all made to look like the lighting you would find in colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown or Cape Cod.
We have recently added primitive furniture which is sure to compliment your colonial home decor.
Made in America with great attention to detail, these primitive wood pieces are finished with milk paint and have a worn patina.
Consider combining a table and a cupboard or a looking glass to make a statement in your entry way. Find a place to nestle a bucket bench to show off your antique collectibles. Redware and stoneware pottery look especially nice when displayed in these primitive pieces of furniture. A pewter collection looks fabulous in a cupboard, especially in the black milk paint finish. Check out Primitive Furniture to see what's new! Check out Lighting Your Home to help you make decisions on which products would be appropriate for adequate lighting in your home. This information includes understanding the differences between general, task and ambient lighting.
