Orders shipped are typically delivered via ground service from United Parcel Service (UPS) or through the US Postal Service (USPS). Our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for shipments to the continental United States only. Additional charges will be applied if you need next day delivery.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Tin Bin or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. If we need to send out a partial shipment, you will only be charged for the shipping at the rate quoted to you on your order.

Several products have additional shipping charges because they are oversized. The shipping will calculate automatically and you will know upon checkout what your shipping charges will be.
The Tin Bin shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other states or countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes and tariffs.
We keep inventory of our most popular items but some things are made to order, namely our wooden lamps and chandeliers and our outdoor lighting. If you need to know the availability of a particular item, please Contact Us.
At times, our vendors run out of inventory on seasonal items and do not replenish their stock as quickly as we would like. If this is the case, we will let you know and you can decide to keep the item on order until it becomes available or cancel and re-order if you so choose.
At times, our vendors discontinue merchandise without our knowledge. Therefore, The Tin Bin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Tin Bin shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the unavailable merchandise.
We do try to provide as much information as possible on all of our products, including measurements where applicable. Please be advised that all measurements are approximations and will not be exact. Colors can look different when photographed, so all images are the best likeness possible, though the product may look different in person.
If any of our products do not meet your particular needs, we guarantee that we will accept their return and give you a full refund of your purchase price (not including your shipping charges to or from The Tin Bin). Returns must be made within 30 days with your receipt and items must be in their original condition. We cannot be responsible for items that were damaged in transit from you to us. Please insure your return or use a carrier that provides compensation in the event of a damaged return.
If you have received your merchandise in a damaged condition, please Contact Us immediately. Place damaged merchandise in the original box. Our freight carrier will pick it up from you and bring it back to us. Upon receiving the damaged merchandise, we will replace it as quickly as possible.
In the event you order a product that is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Tin Bin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Tin Bin shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
